Customer satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with a delivered order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number, product name, and a short description of the concern.
Opened, used, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.
